  1. This is perfect! Our plants are producing like crazy. I’ve started fermenting them, chop em small, with a little garlic, a tiny bit of salt and some water, you can just keep adding to the jar as you get through them! So great to add a little bit to sauces or give a normal dinner some kick. They get kind of a sweet quality to them as well. I’ve got a giant jar of that, so now I’m gonna start dehydrating them with your method! Early start on Christmas gifts haha

    1. Oh! I need to try fermenting peppers – I’ve only tried mixed veg so far. I did manage to pickle a dozen jars of jalapeños from just one plant this year!
